or the patient requires an appointment earlier than available
through a Kaiser facility. |
MedEval - This local managed workers
compensation program has also expanded into the Personal
Injury Protection automobile insurance business, offering
insurance companies a contracted network of providers. Patients
are given an authorization voucher prior to their first
appointment. |
Private Health Care Systems (PPO and Workers
Compensation) - This national PPO company has contracts
with large self-insured employers, and has established national
and regional provider networks to deliver healthcare services
to 95,000 Washington metropolitan members. |

which purchased the healthcare subsidiaries of John Hancock
and Mass Mutual nationally. |
